I started a system recovery media creation and stopped because I wanted to use USB instead of DVD but now cannot make it because it wants me to make DVDs now.

Please use the following option to create Windows 10 installation media (or ISO file)
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Does that create the HP restoration or just the Microsoft? I find it strange that HP needs 4 DVDs and MS only needs one. Perhaps I didn't explain my issue clearly enough.
I want to be able to restore this computer after I have this current hard drive replaced with all the HP software included. Your link does not provide the solution. I started the recovery media creation process using the HP Recovery Manager app and after making one of the four DVDs, I've decided use the USB option instead, but I cannot go back to that option.
