How do I restore the factory/fabric settings of my presario cq60 notebook?

Hello! I want to reset the computer settings to the initial “factory” / fabric  settings. 

Ive clicked the f11 but I don’t have an windows disk and now the computer doesn’t get out of the boot. What do I do????

@sofisferreira If F11 isn't working, I suggest you use the HP recovery media, If you don't have an HP Recovery media and have attempted reset using the windows troubleshooter or a retail copy of windows, you'll need to order a recovery media: Click here for steps.
