Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm handicapped and can't get to a support agent and don't have the time to wait for shipping. I' need to upgrade the SSD and have a 4TB 2280 m.2 drive to replace the 1TB already installed. As a CAD/CAM freelancer I have nearly 2TB of files and can't use an external drive. What I need is a way to create a USB bootable UEFI drive that can restore the EFI and Recovery Partitions as well as Windows 10 install ISO (I have the 21H2 ISO) to the new drive. Any suggestions?
