Product: Omen ax250wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This was a floor model from Wal-mart and the administrator name states "WALMART"

 

How do I change this?

ll this is going to be a gift so I want it blank. I have to actually sign into a Microsoft account and add my name?

 

 

What If I do a reset of the PC, will that get rid of it?

Yes. It will wipe everything including the user name
