Product: HP Chromebook 11MK G9 EE
Operating System: Chrome OS

I frequently work on HP Chromebook 11MK G9 EE and when a friend came up to me and showed me this screen I was confused but found it very useful. I was able to exit the screen and give him his Chromebook back. But I still have no clue how to manually access it in any way. I am not sure if it is some set of commands you have to press on startup but anyway, if anyone has any idea how to get there it would be greatly appreciated.
