How do you find the 25 digit key from the BIOS, virus wiped out Windows

My daughter purchased a HP Stream - 14 cb110nr computer.  A virus or something wiped windows off the computer she cannot find the 25 digit activation key.  How can I retrieve the 25 digit activation key from the BIOS or how can I get my original key from the manufacture?

You don't need to find or know the W10 product key in the notebook's BIOS to reinstall W10.

It appears you have two options to reinstall W10.

1. Make a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with the notebook using the HP cloud recovery tool.

2. Clean install W10 by making bootable installation media using the media creation tool from the link below.

Make the 64 bit installation media.

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

After W10 has completed installing you can install the drivers and available software from the notebook's support page.
