You can work out how old is your machine but you don't know its store life, only roughly from time on invoice/receipt minus the date it rolling out the production line.
Its serial number will tell you when the put parts together. Normally the 4th, 5th, and 6th characters to reference when the product was built. The first character is the year date (Y) and the next two (WW), the week in that year it was made.
CCSYWWZZZZ
For example Y = 8, WW = 03 which indicates your machine was built on week 03 year 2018 or from Jan. 15, 2018 to Jan. 21, 2018
