Hi
My laptop has crashed. During normal operation it suddenly showed a blue screen stating this fault message: WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR, and it froze.
After several booting attemps I could once reach the page to recover windows, and it crashed for the last time.
After this I could only perform HP maintenance <F2>, and every time the test run until the memory check.
When running the mem check it freezes up time after time.
So a possible RAM failure could be the problem.
After these test I tried contacting HP for support;
The mailbot didn't help. I posted whatsapp messages. After 23 hours no respons.
Today I tried again and guess what, even the Bot failed.
My question is: How can I get support in repairing my laptop in the Netherlands. It s still under waranty.

If you have not done so, submit a case to HP Support.
At this writing, we do not have WhatsApp for HP in the USA. I have read various reports on it - apparently, your "conversation" is saved until someone can answer. ?? No idea whether there is a time frame for a response.
Every HP portal is busy - VERY busy, in fact.
Reminder
Case submission is primarily directed at those whose devices are still in Warranty.
For the rest of us, this is not an option.
HP Support does not generally provide free service for out-of-warranty devices.

Check the Warranty on your product
Warranty Check – Single or Multiple Devices
NOTE: Warranty date is updated after purchase and registration of the device.
If the device is not registered, or if there are other issues, submit a Warranty Dispute form.
NOTE 2: If the single-system-check fails to find your device, use the "multiple devices" method to
check single or multiple devices.
- If necessary, Select your Country on the main website page or at the bottom (click Flag)
- Scroll down > To the right of Check multiple warranties, Click Continue
- Enter the Serial Number and Country for one or more devices / systems to be checked
- Check the box to verify you are "Not a robot"
- Click Submit (at bottom of list entries)
- When the page opens, Click View Details

Thanks for the extensive update.
The machine is still 6 months under waranty. Just over 1 year old.
I just now had a respons from the Whatsapp employee from HP.
He gave me some pointers, which I followed, and after that, it now has been silent again for almost an hour.
It is a memory issue, since the HP memory test also locks up after a few minutes.
I have to respect the HP "rules of engagement". It probably is busy.
At this rate I think I will be allowed to send in my machine for repair around X-mas 😒
