Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi so my HP laptop has a problem in windows (an unfixable bsod) and it is now returned to the retailer to fix it (take it to the factory ) how much time it will take to be fixed

We could not possibly tell you how much time -- as that depends on the workload at the repair facility, how backed up they are, and how long it will take to fix your PC.  Only they can provide you an estimate and, most likely, they would not be willing to do that.
