The BIOS installed perfectly but the problem is my internal CD/DVD drive is not shown
after the bios update.
Now Please help me how to fix this issue. I forgot the previous BIOS version and
I tried to download and install F.39.REV A but it said that update is not compitible.
Now what should I do?

Use the HP PC  Hardware Diagnostics UEFI to rollback the BIOS.

Connect the notebook to the power adapter.

Press the power button and immediately tap the F2 key.

In the Hardware Diagnostics UEFI window click on Firmware management.

In the next window, you should see the option that is titled BIOS Rollback.  Click on it.
