I want to Enable Intel Virtualization Technology (vt-x) on my HP 620 in laptop. But I'm unable to find the option in my system setup.

At least some of the processors used in that rather old range do not support VT-x. Look up the processor you have at Intel's Product Specifications site. If there's no VT-x support in your processor, that's the end of the matter.

Even if your processor supports VT-x, there's no guarantee the BIOS does. If you have a VT-x capable processor, check you have the latest available BIOS installed.

A system as old as yours is unlikely to make a good virtualisation platform. You really want a system with support for VT-x with Extended Page Tables at a minimum, and VT-d support is normally also worth having.
