Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Struggling with support since​ last five months, now finally they troubleshoot the issue and changed the harddisk and assured me that you'll get new OS windows 10 but not getting any or update support till now , my work literally off. When I am calling HP support they're asking passcode and I don't know thia. I want the OS ASAP. Please help me out from this others I have to lose my job.

So need to do following  steps

1. Install the the software

2. copy that software into CD or USB and there i need to Install it right?

3. then I need to use that as a bootable CD/USB to install that window?Senconly what sixe of USB/CD will requre to do that?

 

Please confrim because I am new to this process  and don't know much.

Welcome to HP Support Forum. Your machine came with  Windows 10 Home 64  preinstalled:

 

      https://support.hp.com/sk-en/document/c05221101

 

Now, please go to the following site to download and create installation media (DVD or USB) then

 

     https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/software-download/windows10

 

(a) Use the media to install Windows 10 Home 64 to your computer,

(b) When it asks you for a key, please skip this and continue,

(c) Finally go online, Windows 10 Home 64 will activate itself.

Please

 

(a) Use the above link with instructions to CREATE (not copy) installtion media,

(b) Use the media above to install Windows.

(c) Skip the product key and continue.

This worked for me thanks but stiil facing slow performance issue even the configuration of system is corei7 with 8 GB RAM. can you help me on this, since I purched the laptop i littely pissed off with this.
