Product: HP ENVY Laptop PC 13-ba1085cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need to know how to reinstall Windows 10 on my laptop.  BIOS shows the hard drive (SSD Chip) is present but when i get to the "Select drive to install to" on the Windows install disk, no drives show up and I cannot BROWSE to the laptop drive.

 

System tests say the drive is in good condition

The old hard drive was formatted by the user.
