Except ... that ALL the PCs and laptops sold by HP have OEM licenses -- thus NONE of them can be legally transferred to another PC or laptop.

 

Also, laptops or PCs bought from a store or online, from any of the major manufacturers (i.e., Acer, Dell, Fujitsu, HP, Toshiba) will have OEM licenses, not Retail licenses. So, your comments here do not apply to those PCs.

 

And finally, since we here support only HP PCs, for the folks posting here, your post is essentially a waste of time!
