I have only UEFI boot order. I tried it. But it doesn’t boot from flash.

Where to find legacy boot order?

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to disable secure boot if it is enabled.

 

Then select the F9 boot options menu and select the USB flash drive from the list of bootable devices.
