Hello, i just replaced a battery for my pc. Apparently i need to calibrate the battery. I follow the instruction and left the battery charging for 6-7 hours already. However, when i run the battery scan it still tell me to calibrate it. This is a new battery btw and it definitely works.

Hi i used the hp diagnostic tool to try calibrate it and even try manually depleting battery and charging to full. The hp assistant continue to show calibrated need.

1. Click on this link -  https://support.hp.com/us-en

2. Select the country.

3. Enter the serial number of your device.

4. Select the country from the drop-down.

5. Click on "Show Options".

6. Fill out the web form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
