I have been hacked by my ex remotely for 2 years now. He strategically set up an auto config somehow and it sets up on any device I bring near my electronics. I need to get rid of him as he has not been in my home or near me or my family for over 2 years now but somehow has us all in this spider web trap and we have no life and cannot use any electronics cell phone Bluetooth car radio ..etc.. at all. Please help!

Hi@Butterfli7,
Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!
I see you are looking to change TPM auto config on the HP laptop. I apologize for the Inconvenience.
Is it HP laptop? May I know the model?
To enable TPM on HP laptop follow the steps.
From the System Utilities screen, select System Configuration > BIOS/Platform Configuration (RBSU) > Server Security. Select Trusted Platform Module Options and press the Enter key. Select Enabled to enable the TPM and BIOS secure startup. The TPM is fully functional in this mode.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
