Hello. I need advice on how to completely delete and reinstall HP Pavilion x360 14-dw0005nc? So that there are no system or other things left from the previous user. Just to keep the laptop as new in factory settings. Thank you for your help.

You can create a bootable Windows installation usb drive from HP Cloud Recovery Tool. The installation setup reformats the drive (meaning everything on the drive will be erased), create new partitions and install Windows, drivers and software. Basically, this will set the drive back to the original state. See the HP article below about the Cloud Recovery procedures. You need to download HP Cloud Recovery Tool from Microsoft Store.

According to HP specs, your laptop came with Windows 10 preinstalled. If you have Win11 now, the previous owner must have upgraded to Win 11. The Cloud Recovery will install Win10 to the drive, so you need to upgrade to Win11 if you wish to.
