HP Pavilion Gaming - 17-cd0056nf

Hello. I upgraded my laptop: 8GB of memory to 32GB + 500GB HDD to 1TB HDD.

Cloning of the old disk to the new disk did not allow windows to start correctly, so I completely reinstalled Windows 10 (from a W10 Microsoft image).

Afterwards Windows Update brought me to Windows 11.

Problem: without asking anything I ended up with McAfee installed.

Using the Norton suite, I uninstalled  McAfee Suite from the configuration panel.

Laptop startup time multiplied by at least 10 with this new installation (compared to my old configuration).

After a little research, I discovered that several original McAfee executables and services remain unnecessarily in my system.

I tried to delete them using the McAfee cleaning tool (MCPR.exe) but the next time I started the PC, these McAfee files and services were still there!!!

McAfee is not an antivirus but a real malaware!!! a crab that does not let go of the system !!!

I'm a bit afraid of blocking the PC from starting by simply deleting the folders installed by McAfee...

Anyone know how to do it?

Thank you !
