When I install Windows 10/11 from a USB stick, the laptop automatically installs Windows 10 Home for one language.

Hi:

 

Unfortunately, that is not possible.

 

If you are trying to upgrade to W11 Pro, you need to follow the guidance from Microsoft at the link below:

 

Upgrade Windows Home to Windows Pro - Microsoft Support

 

If you are trying to install a regular Home version of Windows, change the Windows Single Language product key to the Home product key you have.
