Is the graphics driver installed?

 

You probably need to install drivers from your notebook's support page.

 

I wouldn't be able to help you without knowing the full model number or product number of your notebook.

 

You can find the product number by running the Windows system information app.

 

The product number will be found on the System SKU line about 1/4 of the way down on the report.
