I did a factory reset but the Trojan and Variant Lazy virus has corrupted I believe my factor reset as well since it still appears on my computer. How can I get a copy or fix this problem?

Hi:

Your PC should be supported by the HP cloud recovery tool.

Use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

If your PC is not working, you will need to have access to another PC running Windows 7 64 bit or newer to create the recovery media with and a 32 GB USB flash drive.

You may even want to use a different PC that doesn't have a virus on it to create the recovery media.

Here is an info link for how to use the utility...

Then you can upgrade back to W11.
