I assume you want to replace a 2.5 size disk with a similar SSD.
I recommend any of the 2.5 inch such as Western Digital or Sandisk as both use the Acronis cloning software
https://www.westerndigital.com/products/internal-drives/wd-blue-sa510-sata-2-5-ssd?sku=WDS200T3B0A
if you use western digital they have free cloning software.
Connect your SSD to the USB port of your laptop using an adapter like this one.
You would first boot the USB that had the cloning software then attach your USB adapter with the new 2.5 size SSD and follow instruction. After cloning, replace the internal 2.5 with the new SSD.
Let me know if a problem occurs, if your old HDD cannot boot windows, or if your system uses NVME and not the 2.5 drives.
