Hi all,

i have recently upgraded the bios of my pc downloading the last version from HP website.

The version now is the f.27, but i have troubles with the battery life since i have installed it. It suddenly got worse day by day. Can the two things be ralated? Or maybe it's just a problem of my battery?

The previous bios version was the f.23, but i can't find it on the HP website for my PC model, so I was wondering how I could downgrade the bios.

Thanks in advance

Hello @AndreaV

These symptoms may or may not be related.

The only option you have for BIOS recovery is the Win + B key combination >> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qpiGUojtr3E

If this doesn't work, you cannot restore previous versions.

Also, please refer to this article >> https://support.hp.com/bg-en/document/c04700771

Check the battery via the methods described there to see where the problem may be.
