How to downgrade bios?

Day before I'm update my bios from F32 to F35. It was a bad idea. Bios F35 has

changes in cpu and gpu powers limits. Now all games have a less fps, nearly 20%. New drivers and changing the windows didn't help. Downgrade the BIOS from F35 to F32 is impossible. How can I return productivity of my laptop?

BIOS downgrade is not an option?

Tried Adding the game to High performances in the Nivida control panel?

Download GEFORCE EXPERIENCE updates the gaming drivers.

Turn on Game Mode. Game Mode is a new feature in Windows 10 Update that improves gaming performance by limiting background processes and programs from using system resources while a game is running.

• 1. Press the Windows key and G to open the Game bar.

  2. In the game bar, click Settings.

  3. Click the check box next to the game title to enable Game Mode for that game.

As I told you, before update bios, with Intel extreme tuning utility with undervolting processor take and stay 4.00 GHz (77-82°C) all time in high performance in windows and omen gaming hub. After updating BIOS with F35 , after 1-2 minutes or when it's take 67-70°C it's drop to 3.7-3.8 GHz with the same software.

Downgrade the BIOS is imposible, "you can't install the older version" it's is massage when I try.

With your recommendations the same situation. Thanks. Waiting for the answer.

I would like to inform you that 90C is normal on the gaming computer.

We have done the basic troubleshooting as per the document and the notebook needs to checked taking remote access so that get to know it's a hardware or software issue.

I'd suggest you contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer or HP Chat Support Team.

I'm not telling what have problems with the temperatures. Everything was good with the old version F32. Problem with performance, turbo boost power limit is charging in the new bios version. It's not giving the same performance.
