My HP Spectre x360 SSD crashed. I have purchased a new SSD now. How can I download the original OS recovery media.
I have tried HP Cloud Recovery Tool but in there it can't find the product id of my laptop. What to do now?

I have noticed during the last few months that HP must be removing support for notebooks more than 5 years old that used to be supported by the HP cloud recovery tool.
There are hundreds of models that used to be supported that no longer are.
There is nothing you can do other than to use the Microsoft media creation tool to create a bootable USB drive to reinstall Windows.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
After Windows has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
