The problem was triggered when I tried to run Kali Linux on my laptop after having installed Oracle VM Virtual Box.
It doesn't work, and I have been told that the reason is because HW Virtualization has not been enabled.
Please, help.

Hello @Raul288
If you go in to the bios settings (tapping F10 at power on), do you see Virtualization Technology under System Configuration? You should be able to enable it there, if its showing.
BTW: Your system specs also show that it came with Windows 7, not Vista.
Your bios should also be the updated version F.66, is this what you see?
To see what bios version, type msinfo32 in the Windows Search field (Start button>Search bar). Then select msinfo32.exe from the list of results.
If not, download this file and run it... sp60864.exe
