I was using the chat to asking why my case was not halted and a representative come to the chat. My question was very simple and just asking why the UPS package was hold. She asked my issues and then disappeared for about 10 minutes, letting me wait there. Then when she came back, she was like: what is your issue? why dont you reach out for HP team? Just making no sense to what I typed. I pointed out that she didn't read my content and if she was not able to help or dont have time to help, transfer me to her supervisor. She became nervous and started saying something still irrelavent. I asked to transfer to her supervisor again and again and said it already cost me 30 minutes and you even dont understand what my issue was. I dont want to waste my time anymore and just transfer me to your supervisor. She said sorry we are just trying to help you and then end the chat saying customer left the chat. 

I was so pissed off so I would like to file a compliant to HP. Unfortunately I can't find such a tab on the website. Does anyone know how to do this or anyone I can reach out?
