  • Please, use your smartphone or camera, take a picture/video and post it back here.
  • Have you performed any changes before the issue started ?
  • Read this article, explore option (5) and boot your computer in Safe Mode. Is there any difference there ?

Thank you for trying to assist me. After reading your instructions I have decided, as a senior citizen, I am unable to follow those instructions.  I will have to take the laptop to a professional and see if it is worth fixing the problem.
