Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
"I understand that you're seeing a hard disk error message on your PC, prompting you to run a system diagnostic. To better assist you, please go ahead and run the Hard Drive Test on your PC. Once you have the results, let us know, and we’ll guide you through the next steps to resolve the issue."
Hard Drive test:
1) Shutdown the computer.
2) Turn the computer back on again and repeatedly tap on the ESC until a Startup menu appears.
3) Press F2 once.
4) Go to Component test.
5) From the list, run the Hard Drive (extensive) test.
