I need help fixing no boot disk has been detected or the disk has failed

Tap ESC when powering up and run disk and memory diagnostics.   If no diagnostics then get it here

If you pass diagnostics then go into the BIOS setup and verify the boot drive is "Windows Boot Manager"  as I assume you are running Windows and have an HP system.

 

Please provide the Product ID or Model name for better assistance. Preferably the full product ID including the characters after the # symbol.
