Hello! I just want to ask for help in my PC HP laptop. I tried to update it but it stuck there. Then blue screen appears

Recovery

Your PC/Device needs to be repaired

A required device isn't connected or can't be accessed.

Error code: 0xc000000f

You'll need to use recovery tools. If you don't have any installation media (like a disc or USB device), contact your PC administrator or PC/Device manufacturer.

Press Enter to try again

Press F1 to enter Recovery Environment

Press F8 for Startup Settings

Press Esc for UEFI Firmware Settings

I tried to press every option but it is not working, only the Esc worked. When I pressed Esc, these appeared:

Startup Menu

F1 System Information

F2 System Diagnostics

F9 Boot Device Options

F10 BIOS Setup

F11 System Recovery

ENTER Continue Startup

All of them are working except F11 and ENTER

What should I do next? I have a USB flash drive which might help to fix this, but I don't know how. Hope to get some advice and solution for my problem. God bless us!
