for windows 10 if the computer is cloud recovery compatible
for previous versions, you will have to look on third-party sites, at the risk that it is not compatible
If you have a computer, with original windows 7, and the product key is still visible, you can try to find an installation media, same version and use the key

Hi

Currently the window 7 key imformation has been removed by previous user. So is there any other way to download Windows 7 HP OEM?.

Where can I buy HP Windows Recovery disc? I heard it can be purchased or included in the box when I bought it but I bought it second hand so I don't have it.

there is no label, there never was
original under windows 10
So you have to use the option I gave you earlier

Obtaining PC recovery USB drives or discs

For old models you don't have much choice, in general you will have to find a site that sells recovery kits, as indicated in the link

Now, sorry, but if you bought a computer, but the tags have been removed, you may be unsure of where it came from..
We sold it to you without windows, why are you looking for recovery dvds?
