How can i get a recovery usb. 32 recovery kit or Is there away to down load it .Hp do not have the usb 32 recovery kit no more. Need to recovery the Notebook back

the computer is not compatible, do a complete recovery from the windows tool

https://www.microsoft.com/fr-fr/software-download/windows10
then reinstall the available drivers
