Have in trouble get my loptop back drive

Hi @1H96032P5B,

We'd like to help, but we need more details:

  1. Your laptop model/product number.
  2. What you mean by "get back my drive": recover files, recover Windows, or a drive that no longer shows up?
  3. Any error messages you see.

If Windows needs to be restored, press F11 at power-on for HP recovery options.
