Hello
see if one of the proposed options works or is suitable
for old computers, hp can no longer be supplied with the recovery kit, you will have to look on third-party sites, but without warranty
you risk not getting the right ones, or paying a fair amount for nothing!
If not the choice simply try with microsoft media

When HP Recovery Manager failed, you can try Windows built-in feature "Reset this PC" or a third-party recovery tool to restore your HP laptop to a normal state.
To get to the "Reset this PC" feature, you can:
- Windows boots successfully: Search for Reset this PC from the search box in the taskbar and open it. In the pop-up window, click Get started under Reset this PC.
- Windows fails to boot: Start your computer and immediately press the F11 key repeatedly. Then go to Troubleshoot > Reset this PC.
