I have e fresh new HP Envy.
I wonder that I can only download the drivers. But there is other HP software on the laptop and I can't see any install images or install packages. Neither in the net on the HP homepage nor on the laptop harddisk-
What if I try to install a new Windows with my own private Enterprise version. How to get the special software like Bang&Olufsen software control.
Is there anything I miss.

@xMRi You may use the HP recovery media, If you don't have an HP Recovery media and have attempted reset using the windows troubleshooter or a retail copy of windows, you'll need to order a recovery media: Click here for steps.
Or you may also attempt to download the same using the steps on this link: click here
That said, if you install a new windows OS, though that is not recommended by HP nor is it something we support, you could do it at your own discretion, the software could be found on the HP website, pre-installed with the audio drivers, you could try that.
