Step-by-Step: Adding ADP to Your HP Care Pack

  1. Go to the HP Care Pack Store
    Visit: Search | HP® Official Store
    (Or go to the HP Store and click on “Support” → “Care Pack Services. ")
     
  2. Enter Your Product Details
    • Type your Serial Number or Product Number (e.g., 45W97AV) to view compatible Care Packs.
       
  3. Choose the Care Pack with ADP
    • Look for a plan labelled something like:
      🛡️ 3-Year HP Accidental Damage Protection + Pickup & Return
      🛡️ HP 3-Year Care Pack with ADP and Onsite Support
