- Go to the HP Care Pack Store
Visit: Search | HP® Official Store
(Or go to the HP Store and click on “Support” → “Care Pack Services. ")
- Enter Your Product Details
- Type your Serial Number or Product Number (e.g., 45W97AV) to view compatible Care Packs.

- Choose the Care Pack with ADP
- Look for a plan labelled something like:
