I have a HP Elite Mini 600 G9 desktop, I lost the operating system that was loaded on it. I would like to reload windows 11 pro, Will I be able to download and clean install windows from Microsoft store. Is there any windows OEM product key or do I need to purchase it? Is there any recovery USB from HP store that I can purchase and restore my computer? Please answer directly without any KB links.

You're very welcome.
Yes, the two main PC's I use are Dell Optiplex business desktops to create the recovery media with and I never had a problem.
If you can't get the cloud recovery client software to work, make a plain bootable W11 installation flash drive with the media creation tool (2nd option) on your Lenovo PC.
Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)
Now, there is a step you have to do on PC's with the Intel 11th Gen and newer Core processors and that is to install the Intel storage controller drivers when you get to the screen that asks, 'Where do you want to install Windows.'
You will get a message that states in substance that Windows cannot find any drives to install on.
I have zipped up and attached the Intel storage controller drivers that Windows needs to find the drive.
The attached file is good for both W10 & W11.
Copy all of the files in both folders in the attached file to a USB flash drive.
Have the flash drive and your Windows installation media plugged into USB ports.
Boot from the W11 installation flash drive.
When you get to the screen where no drives can be found, click on the Load driver option, browse to the flash drive with the storage controller drivers on it.
If you check the box, it will only include the compatible driver.
Click Next, and W11 should install.
Then you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.

After you get your PC back up and running again, you can make the bootable USB recovery drive on your 600 G9, if you have problems doing it with another PC.

No, you have to pay Microsoft to het Windows 11 Pro key. Existing key should be in BIOS, you can install any time.

You can download Windows 11 (new 24H2) from the following link and install to your machine. You have few options (a) to create installation media or (b) ISO file.
I'm downloading it now to upgrade my machines

If your PC came with W11 from HP, it is supported by the HP cloud recovery client utility which you can use to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W11, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility:

You can download the software from your PC's support page at the link below:
