Hi:
Yes, the business models have special features like fingerprint sensors, drive encryption, etc.
There are dozens of 850 G4 options, so I can't tell you what size HDD they have. You have to google each product number.
Some have SSD's, some have hard drives.
Also some models have screens with higher resolutions than others, and those are more expensive.
I also like that the display screens are matte and not glossy.
So you have to look at each product number and compare.

There are some Elitebooks that are less than $8000 USD's I have seen, but those are the basic models with the lower resolution screens (1366 x 768).
For example...If I wanted to buy one with a 15.6" display, I would probably get this one...and look for the best price. This one has a 256 GB SSD and the high resolution display.
