HP Pavilion - 14-ce3051tx
Microsoft Windows 11

I recently replaced the battery in my HP Pavilion 14 laptop, and now I'm worried that I might have experienced the same problem again and caused the battery to bloat. There are a lot of solutions online, but I can't seem to find the right one for my issue.
So, my question is: How can I limit the battery's to only charge until 80% to prevent further damaged on the battery? I’ve been looking into HP bios (version F18), windows setting and yet to find nothing about “Battery Care Function” settings.

And my second question is, it safe to leave the laptop plugged in for a prolonged period of time?
