Hi:

HP now has the cloud recovery tool which you can use to make a bootable USB recovery drive.

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.

HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10 | HP® Customer Support

If your PC is not working, you can install the tool on another PC to create the recovery media.

When you use another PC, you have to enter your PC's product number in the tool's search window to begin the recovery drive creation.

Your PC's product number is:  13Z99AA#ABA

You can download the HP cloud recovery tool from the Microsoft Store:

Thank you very much and that helped a lot. Another question I have is can I add a Nvidia GTX 1060 card or is the space too tight? If not, do you recommend another type of card? Thank you.

You're very welcome.

I recommend that you start a new topic on that subject since I don't even know if your AIO PC would support adding a MXM or M.2 graphics card.  Plus, additional parts would need to be added such as a heatsink, and your PC may even need a different external power supply to support a graphics card.

It definitely cannot support a standard size desktop graphics card.

Tha k you for that. I guess the better question would be, is there a way I can upgrade my all-in-one to play games? Namely the game called Ready or Not. Attached is the system requirements. I am computer illiterate so its all Greek to me.

You're very welcome.

The only things that I know of you could do would be to upgrade the processor and memory, but that still won't help.

Even if you upgraded to the best Intel processor supported under processor upgrade specs, your PC would not the graphics requirements to play that game according to the info you posted.
