Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
The previous employee left laptop with an unknown password, so I tried to do reset it but it is bit locker encrypted and I don’t have a key. So I searched and use windows instruction created a windows 11 system media usb flash trying to install it. After I run install, it fails. After that, the system is not able to boot anymore, and display “Hard Disk Error “. I followed this page’s steps to recover but it doesn’t work https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_3053911-2842957-16.
Now I don’t have other solutions for this situation. If I can get some boot file to create a boot flash?
