I have reset my laptop due to some virus affected it. After resetting it shows to reactivate windows again. I have communicated with windows support centre and tried to pull key from device, but key is not there. windows support said me to contact hp support agent to get the key. but hp support in india is inactive from few months.
How to contact hp support in india. and is there any other method to get the key.
PS- seller who sold laptopto me is closed due to lockdown in india.

Sorry, but you have two very different issues.
First, regarding the Windows product key, HP keeps no records of individual keys associated with individual PCs. So, there is nothing we can provide you.
Second, the Windows version that came preloaded on your PC was an HP OEM version -- and it worked with the original key on the device. If you replaced that with a DIFFERENT version, your HP key will no longer work and you would have to BUY the proper key -- one to match the Windows version you installed (i.e., Home versus Pro).

thanks for hearing me out.
But i have not changed version of windows or anything. I have just reset it from settings itself. If reset option delete our licence key, it should gave me a disclaimer message before starting reset process. I often reset my android phone if it gets slow it never causes such issue.
It is bug or issue in hp laptop itself. Please resolve it earliest.
