Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently formatted my HP 14-CK0014NIA and the tech support guy used a non genuine Windows for activation. Now it has expired and I have been trying to recover my license keys in order to reactivate my genuine Windows but I cannot find the license key anywhere. Not on the laptop's body nor the carton or receipt.

I have gotten the OEM product key through the use of produkey and command prompt but when I try using it I get an error message saying "the product key you entered did not work, check the product key and try again, or enter a different one. (0xc004f050).

Please help 😢

In many cases the windows key is stored in the BIOS. The installation of Windows recognizes this automatically. It is important to select the correct Windows edition (Home, Pro ... ) and Window Version (8.1)/10/11 !

If this does not match the key, the BIOS key is ignored.

So do you suggest I try reinstall the windows program and try to use the bios key? Because I think the original Windows was 10 home and the one the tech support used might have been pro
