How to recover files that I did not save when I made a refresh of my computer ?

I just did a refresh because my computer was too slow but I don't knew that my files would be deleted. I knew that many of my games and softwares would be deleted but not files who were in the softwares.

- Example : I knew that FL Studio 20 would be deleted after the refresh but my project files have been deleted too. 😕

So, I will use Recuva to try to recover some of my files but if you have better ideas, thank you for proposing them.

Thanks for posting. It is a terrific place to find answers and tips! 

I understand that you are trying to recover the date which you lost.

If you have not saved the files then you can not recover the date now.
