Product: elitebook 840 G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
My laptop was installed W7, it has fault. I want to recovery elitebook 840 G3 to factory setting. Plz help me how to do it (I tried to do powwer on > esc >F11. but its not sussesful). Tks.

In your initial post above you posted you use Windows 10 - is this your OS now ?
Did your PC came with Windows 7 preinstalled ?
If you hit the Esc button and you open the HP Start up menu, do you see F11 option listed there as such or you just hit F11 without it being listed there ?
