Product: HP Envy x360 Laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I bought the computer, it came already installed  Windows (C:) drive, DATA (D:) and Recovery (E:).

The PC had to be reset or reinstalled Windows. After that process was completed, I no longer have the two drives: DATA (D:) and Recovery (E:).

Anyone know how to get these drives back?

You have to contact HP to order a set of Recovery media (if available). Please use the following instructions

 

   https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/bph07143

 

Note: For 😧 Data you can create yourself. Only E: Recovery you have to use Recovery media to re-create,
