Hi @JRH343,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Resetting a printer typically involves different steps depending on the specific model. Here's a general process you can follow for many printers.

  • Turn off the printer: Make sure the printer is powered off before you begin.
  • Reset network settings: If you want to reset the WiFi settings, you'll usually find an option in the printer's menu. Look for something like "Network Settings" or "WiFi Setup" in the printer's menu. Navigate to that option and choose to reset or delete the current network settings.
  • Factory reset: Some printers have a factory reset option that restores all settings to their defaults. This can usually be found in the printer's menu under "Settings" or "Utilities". Look for an option like "Restore Factory Settings" or "Reset All Settings".
  • Restart the printer: After performing the reset, turn off the printer and wait for a few minutes. Then, turn it back on.
  • Reconfigure: Once the printer restarts, you'll need to set it up again, including connecting it to your WiFi network. Follow the on-screen instructions or refer to the printer's manual for guidance on how to do this.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
