Product: 15-1222wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The unit has a Product Name N5Y13UA#ABA and Model 15-1222wm. Can someone tell me how to reset to factory defaults from boot up ? Suppose it is not possible to get into Windows 10 so the only other way is to reset the laptop while it is powered up. I have forgotten the keyboard function key that does the trick.

You can also launch the HP Recovery Manager by pressing the F11 key repeatedly while rebooting, you don't have to go to the HP Startup Menu first.

Thanks again but I discovered that the ESC key brings up a short start up menu where System Recovery is chosen with the F11 key.
